JOB DESCRIPTION

• Make use of appropriate communication tools (advertisement/ online marketing etc.) to advertise available job positions.
• Develop EPI Database effectively through different channels
• Review and validate screened CV's for initial interview and prepare the necessary skills test if needed.
• Organize first physical interview for pre-selected candidates
• Conduct the first physical interview, skills and language tests, ensure motivation and evaluate personal situation of the candidate and submit the pre-selected CV's to COO for review.
• Submit pre-selected CV's to client
• Ensure the success of the client's visit for final selection
• Collects all the documents with hired candidate to initiate mobilization administrative process
• Follow up all communication / relation with client

JOB QUALIFICATION

• Female, 25 to 30 years of age
• BS Psychology Graduate
• With 3 to 5 years HR experience and Recruitment Process is an advantage
• With excellent oral and communication skills
• Proficient in English
• Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office suite of application (Word, Excel or PowerPoint)
• Willing to work in under pressure and with less supervision
• Team player

• SURVEY CIVIL WORKS,
• DESIGNING
• PHOTOSHOP

BASIC SALARY  SAR3000

• SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE IN OPERATING POLISHING MACHINES.

1. A diesel mechanic technician, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
   Knowledge of light vehicle, truck’s engine, and good knowledge of big generator unit (Carterpillar  - Perkins).
   Team leader – Fluent in English – Good technician.
   Rotation will be 5 weeks On and 5 weeks Off. Working schedule: 12 hours a day / 7 days a week.

   Contract will be for one year minimum. Start date: 20^th of June 2012.

23 - 27 years old.
With at least 2 years experience in the same field.
With previous experience in recruitment agency or related field is a PLUS. New graduates are welcome to apply.
With knowledge of modern office principles, practices, methods, and office equipment, proper telephone techniques,
proper business letter formats,
With knowledge of report writing, record keeping, and filing systems.
With knowledge of word processing, database, and spreadsheet software applications and microcomputer operations
With good English communication skills (oral and written).
Able to perform a variety of clerical/secretarial duties with speed and accuracy.
