Process of Hiring Filipino Workers

EPI Shall send the client information sheet to be filled out by prospective clients.
Sending of Service Proposal
EPI shall send a copy of the Service Proposal.
Preparation of Agreement and Other Documents
In order to start the recruitment activities, conducting interviews and hiring Filipino workers. EPI will need to register your company at the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) – the main government agency assigned to monitor and supervise recruitment agencies in the Philippines and manages the migration of Filipino workers overseas.
Registering your company to POEA
NOTE: EPI shall pre-fill all the templates and send it to the client.
Authentication of documents in the country of assignment
Below is the list of documents for authentication or verification with the nearest Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) or Philippine Consulate office (if there’s no POLO) in the country of assignment.
- Manpower Request / Job Order
- Standard Services Agreement between Euroasia Philippines Inc. & Client
- Special Power of Attorney
- Master Employment Contract
- Proof of award – (no need to be verified by POLO)
- Contingency plan letter
- Letter of Guarantee
- Commercial / Business License of Client with copy of passport of the signatory
- POEA License of EPI
Minimum of 10-15 working days process time and if there will be no compliance.
Once all the documents are authenticated/verified by Philippine Overseas Labor Office(POLO) or Philippine Consulate Office, send a scanned copy for re-checking before forwarding the original copies thru courier to EPI’s office address.
Courier will take 3 to 5 working days
Original documents will be submitted to Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) for registration.
Minimum of 1 to 2 weeks process time and if there will be no compliance.
