Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistics or equivalent
At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to multi task
Good work attitude and responsibility & good character
Matured & able to take instructions well
Able to write reports to Management & have good people skills.
Proficient in computer (MS Word, MS Excel, etc)

Job Description:

Daily reporting and communicating of warehouse activities (formats provided) and problems
Accessing and proposing for improvement and development
Daily planning and execution of warehouse activities
Ensuring operation is smooth and warehouse and vehicle fleet are kept in good condition
Team building and communications
Regular warehouse housekeeping & re-stacking to ensure maximum utilisation of warehouse space
To record the expiry date of each product & specs of all incoming goods when unstuffing
Ad-hoc activities
