Job Description and Qualifications:

Assembling components of earthmoving equipment.

It is important to know the drawing symbols of welding

Assembling a metal structure on an assembly table

Assembling metal structures based on structural drawings

Preparing fastening seams for metal structures

Adjusting tolerance errors, correcting any major errors by hot straightening

Familiar with basic welding technology concepts (such as: WPS, WPQR, welding current/voltage, welding speed, wire feed, etc.)

Knowledge of dimensional and positional tolerances that must be maintained during assembly.

Knowledge of assembly, welding table, and modular assembly systems

Knowledge of basic measuring tools such as tape measure, calliper, square ruler
