Preparing the machine for transport to the customer

Installation at the customer's site

Positioning and connection of the machine on site

Connecting pipes, electricity, compressed air and peripherals

Start-up and testing of the machine in production environment

Fine adjustment and calibration based on the customer's specific situation

Providing basic explanations to the customer about operation and use
The service technician works independently on site and represents the company professionally. 

2. Service & interventions at customers

Carrying out technical interventions in the event of malfunctions

Making diagnoses (mechanical, electrical, software, PLC)

Analyzing complex technical problems

Thinking about causes outside the machine itself (e.g. compressed air supply, external pipes, peripherals)

(Provide phone support if possible)

Reporting via digital work orders (tablet)
The service technician must have strong technical insight and be able to think in a solution-oriented way in unexpected situations.

Technical requirements
In-depth knowledge of:

Electromechanics

Electricity

PLC systems (plus)

Compressed air installations (plus)

Software applications within technical environments

Diagnosis in the event of combined technical problems
